Hi,

My name is Tovia Jacobs and I'm the founder @ WearOutStigma.

I graduated business school as a pre-medicine student this past January 2023, and I'm currently taking a gap year before medical school where I plan to pursue Psychiatry.

I've always been a huge advocate for mental health and the fact it is nothing to be ashamed of. I founded WearOutStigma to convey that exact message and so that others can join me in doing so by--well--wearing out the stigma!

What we decide to wear says a lot about who we are. By wearing something meaningful, we can quite literally make somebody's day without even realizing it. Too many people are ashamed of their disorders or simply feel down and isolated sometimes, so it's important to remind them they are not alone by any means.
